Its amazing how many ppl think the answer is 'first'. HAHAHA

FINALS

Booked out last night, but was too tired to blog, so im blogging only now.

NS's been good. Finished most of the things that we're supposed to finish in BMT. Only left with soc now. Was quite pissed with myself this week, cos i didnt manage to get IPPT gold. Freaking hell, i got full 25 points for IPPT, but my 2.4km run was 20 seconds short of gold. ARGH!! But i didnt get depressed the whole week or anything, just a short while cos of volleyball! Supposed to have multi-court volleyball as one of the events for Games day next week. Volleyball started this week though. Was super rushed. Monday night got trials to form a team of 6 + 2 subs. I got in. Tuesday afternoon got a short training, then tuesday night go preliminary competitions. LOL. I was in the main team with boon kai, the CJC james was a sub. We played with Eagle and Jaguar coy. Was dam stupid cos we hardly touched the ball initially. Eagle is PTP batch, so Jaguar all target them. My team all tall guys, so Eagle dun wan hit to us. So although it was 3 teams playing against each other at the same time, it was more like Eagle vs Jaguar. Lol. But somehow, we managed to emerge the victors, so we're THROUGH TO THE FINALS!! Finals gonna be cool, 4 teams playing against each other at the same time. The whole BMTC school 1 is gonna watch the match. Zai. Tug-o-war also through to the finals. Lets see if Yankee can win both. Heh.

Anyway, i've made my decision. Much to most of my fren's disappointment, I have chosen NUS computer engineering instead of NTU. I know i know, i've always been pro-NTU, but after much research, i found out that NTU computer engineering is hell, workload's very tough and all. Whereas NUS computer engineering is completely new this year, so I might as well try the new one. Iuno, i may change my mind again and choose something else next year. Shall see.

I'm reli tempted to go get a PS3. Im quite sick and tired of waiting for Kingdom Hearts to come out on DS. I need other entertainment. Lol. Not like i'll have a lot of time to play, but still...i want it xD I hope i can get subsidies from my dad, if not im reli gonna be broke. =/

My bro's been dam busy these few days. Hell its almost june already, and he doesnt even have a confirmed topic for his PW. Either topic doesnt meet requirements for question, or teacher reject the topic. Im dam worried for him. So I was killing a few million brain cells thinking of topics for him. Managed to come up with a few. Lets hope he gets his topic confirmed by today. Gonna ask him when he gets back later.

Stupid bball competition is on sunday. WHY CANT THEY FREAKING MAKE IT ON SATURDAY. Bleh. 1st round of round robin in sunday morning. But if we make it through to second round, i wont be able to play. Cos i gotta book in at 1945 hours on sunday. zZz.

Book out again. As usual, i have so much i want to blog about ns life, but i dun wanna risk getting charged. So oh well.

Pokemon is gonna remake the gold and silver version, to make Heart Gold and Soul Silver. As usual, its for the DS. I duno if im gonna play it, maybe. Hahhaa.

Mas Selamat is caught!

Man Utd made it through to Champions League Finals! Gonna play against Barcelona. ZOMG i soooooooo want to watch the match, but im in camp that day!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Im surprised there're actually ppl voting in my poll. Heh. Im still in favour of NTU, but all the talk about how NUS got a higher ranking is starting to influence me. I shall see what happens after 2 weeks.

My mum says my maternal grandma is seriously ill, prolly cant last long. So im gonna go back to China and visit her during the break after i POP. Andd pay my respects to my paternal grandpa. SO NS PLEASE PLEASE DONT CALL ME BACK FOR GUARD DUTY AFTER I POP!! I DONT WANNA END UP IN THE SAME SITUATION WHEN A RELATIVE PASS AWAY AND I CANT BE THERE TO SEE THEM ONE LAST TIME!! IT WAS LIKE THIS FOR MY GRANDPA DURING CHINESE NEW YEAR THIS YEAR, I DONT WANT SAME THING FOR GRANDMA!! ARGHH!!

Okay so i received letter from NTU as well. Same, computer engineering. So...im reli stuck as to which one to accept. I put up a poll at the side of my blog. I duno if anyone reads my blog anymore, but please put a vote if u're reading this. Thanks. Lol.

I wanna blog so much about ns, but apparently its a chargeable offence to blog about ns stuff, so oh well. But since yj already tag in my board saying im in yankee, so..yea im in yankee. Same as yj's bmt, same platoon 2 some more. Shant talk anything more about ns.

I received letter from nus, i got accepted into computer engineering, my first choice for single degree. Im in a dilemma now, i wanna go to ntu computer engineering, but my parents care a lot about nus having a much higher world ranking, and wan me to go nus. So how? I think im not gonna stress about this for now. At least wait until i receive the letter from ntu. Lol.

The last post

before i go NS. Its finally time to go NS, after taking such a longgggggg break. Im not exactly depressed or anything, but im not reli excited either. Training's gonna be tough, but im gonna try and have fun there. New friends, new experiences. Im gonna make the most of my time there, dont wanna come out and have regrets for anything. Sooo, wish me luck, i hope i dont break a bone or something. xD

Before i started on this post, i was thinking maybe i should post enough content for my readers to read for 2 weeks. LOL. But nah, im too lazy for that. I dont even have that many readers. I may even close this blog if it becomes inactive after i go NS! I duno, shall see. I cant say much until i've actually experienced life in there. I should be out on 30th April i think. My mum left for San Francisco for a meeting early morning ytd. My dad will be overseas for a meeting around the time im coming out. My bro is spending soooo much time out with his frens everyday. My house is so empty now. My laptop, ds, and guitar hero are just sitting here collecting dust =/ Oh yea i dont mind lending my ds and guitar hero to anyone interested. I dont have time for them anyway.

I been thinking about the few near-death situations i been through. Well, not exactly near death, but...close enough xD

First happened during pri 5, after NDP. My dad fetched me home from school. The road was narrow, and tons of cars were on the road. My dad's car stopped behind a bus when traffic light turned red. When it turned back to green, the stupid bus started REVERSING and came straight towards our car. My silly dad looked at the bus, and thought that our car was moving forward, rather than the bus moving backwards. So rather than reversing to avoid the bus, he kept stepping on the breaks. -.- Obviously, the bus hit our car. Good thing the impact wasnt big, only the car was 'injured'. But still, scary.

Okayy then the second one is not as bad, i guess. Mas Selamat escaping from opposite my school. Hell, good thing he nvr bomb the school or anything. I was still in school when he escaped, and only left for home an hour after he escaped. When i was going home, I could see all the police cars around SJI/SCGS area, and even the Special Ops Command was mobilized. I didnt know about Mas Selamat yet at that time. But I kinda expected something terrorism related happened. It was only until the next day morning, i was on the bus, and the news reported the escape of Mas. I totally went 'OMG WTF' when i heard its opposite my school. Oh well, i hope he gets captured soon.

Last one was quite scary. The dangerous milk thing. It wasnt so bad at the very start. Only a few brands of milk were said to contain melamine. I was quite happy I wasnt affected. BUT a few days later, Yili milk was said to contain melamine too!! And I've been drinking Yili milk for a few months already! LOL. Like wtf, how suay can i get. Those few days I was left wondering whether theres a kidney stone in me, whether anything's gonna happen to me. But fortunately, nothing's wrong and im perfectly fine. Phew.

But I think my near-death situations aren't as tense as some other frens. Like mel's mum's post natal depression. The ODAC-ers being under a waterfall when it started raining.

Oh well, i hope i dont make this list any longer, i gotta be careful when im in NS. I think imma stop here. Soo...see you people in 2 weeks+ time. =D

I wouldnt go that far

Bball today was dam good. But my legs are aching. Like want to cramp liddat, but doesnt help no matter how much i stretch. I bet im gonna have a cramp while sleeping halfway again.

I got a mosquito bite on my butt again. Dam irritating. This is the 12313263921328th time my butt got bitten. Weird thing is, i always get bitten in an air con room. zzz. Shelvi suggested spraying insect repellant on my butt -__________-"

My bro's insane with guitar ever since he joined guitar ensemble. I woke up last night halfway, only to hear my bro SINGING in his sleep. How freaky is that.

Gonna have stay over AGAIN tmr. At th's this time. Shiock. Im so gonna have fun there. I hope x'tine is free to pass me the book tmr =/
